Olympus Lock warrants that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal installation, use and service. This warranty does not cover defects or damages arising from improper installation, improper maintenance, ordinary wear and tear, misuse or abuse.
The only liability of the company in tort or in contract, whether under this warranty or otherwise shall be limited to repair or replacement of products which are returned prepaid to us within one year of the date of original purchase.
This is a limited warranty and is in lieu of all other representations and expressed or implied warranties. Under no circumstances shall Olympus Lock be made liable for any incidental or consequential damages or losses.
